The guide consists of three main phases of your training over the 12 week span. Every week is designed to build on the last and focuses on building a strong foundation for your training especially for beginners. The program includes access to the AFLETE app along with a downloadable version of the guide that covers in detail the training methods used along with my mentality for approaching training. I've also included a nutrition guide with meal options designed to help you create a sustainable diet that works for your lifestyle. My goal isn't just for you to get through the twelve weeks while following this program but instead develop good habits and a desirer to train that lasts.
